Kenda works with organizations to identify opportunities and approaches for planned change that result in organizational alignment and improved operational performance. She always has a grasp on the delicate balance between human dynamics and corporate systems. Kenda is also an affiliate professor in the Gainey School of Business at Spring Arbor University where she teaches leadership, management and marketing courses in the MBA program.
